KURUFUKU is a pop-up coffee project in Macau. Ethiopia G1 is a collaboration with a local roasting factory in Macau. Ethiopian specialty grade (G1) green coffee beans. After processing and roasting, they exhibit a smooth, rounded sweetness with fruity notes.
